Hello hello! We've partnered with Backerkit to create a survey for you to select and claim all the rewards you would like from this project. 

-- At the moment of this update we are only smoke testing a small handful of emails with the survey, please let this process have at least 48hrs before asking where your survey link is! --

Where's my survey?

Please confirm that the email account you’re checking matches the email address that is associated with your Kickstarter account! Surveys are sent by Backerkit, so searching for "backerkit” in your inbox should find your email. You may also visit the survey page https://moon-pastry-make-up.backerkit.com/ and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter account to have the survey re-sent to you!

Payment

☆ If you added funds to your pledge or added add-on items during the campaign, the funds will appear as "credit" in the add-on store after your survey where you are free to choose any items you wish.

☆ You may see you need to pay additional shipping fees for your add-ons which is normal as backerkit is set up to add those fees per weight of package.

☆ You are able to change pledge tiers during your survey if you wish! If you choose a higher tier during backerkit, you will only have to pay the remainder balance from what you have already paid.

☆ Your card won’t be officially charged until I lock your survey & manually click a “CHARGE CARDS” button on  BackerKit. 

☆ Current estimated card charge date is NOVEMBER 20TH. I will update if there's any changes to this date.

☆ Also, please be aware that charges for this campaign will show up in your card statements under my shop "Lizbie Cafe" to help avoid any confusion!

Shipping

☆ You can edit your shipping address in BackerKit up until I ship out rewards.

☆ You will receive an email notice when backerkit address changes will be locked. There is also a 48 hour warning. Addresses will be locked by January 2021!

It's the final countdown!

THANK YOU!!!!! 

We are down to the last THREE hours of the campaign so I put all the artwork back up for easy to check if you want to add any extras to your pledge! If you miss out don't worry, I will be putting together a backerkit store so you definitely have another chance to grab everything you want from this project via pre-order store. Backerkit will allow paypal payments too but be mindful if you pay for merch with paypal on backerkit its an automatic charge. Card payments are charged separately! ^^

Please be mindful this is to fund the production of all this merch so there is no refunds, if you need to back out of your pledge do so before the next 3 hours!!!! ;u; I will be putting up leftover merch on my store so definitely follow my socials, instagram/twitter @lizbiecafe!

Since Kickstarter takes about 2 weeks to process funds, please check to make sure your cards are charged properly! If your payment gets declined you have the next few days to fix your payment info.

New reward tiers have been added!

Thank you all so much for all the support so far! I went ahead and added extra reward tiers: a filler pin set, a 12 you choose pin set, and a full special priced bundle that includes one of everything set. I know not all the designs have been unlocked yet but hopefully with these new tiers we will get closer to seeing that final goal reached!

We've hit the home stretch as the project is now less than $2k away from unlocking all the character pins. I've been asked by a few people if I will consider adding more character designs and yes I would love to! I mean I can't leave out a dapper Mamo and a little Diana, can I? I'll try to sketch some ideas out sometime over the weekend but I really would love to see us get closer to unlocking all the girls before revealing any new characters. c:

Also I applied for KS' beta add-on feature so hopefully (fingers crossed) we will have that soon and you no longer have to math your way into adding other product the hard way. Math is no fun lol.
